PPERRIA promotes and protects neighborhood interests
PPERRIA addresses issues such as block club organizing, zoning and land use, schools, taxes, transportation, traffic, parks, arts, recreation, housing rehabilitation, historic preservation, crime prevention, and environment
PPERRIA gets results through volunteers working in committees
PPERRIA manages the PPERR neighborhood's NRP program
PPERRIA’s monthly Newsletter is a source of information on neighborhood issues
PPERRIA sponsors a neighborhood e-mail server for local announcements

Eligibility: Any adult resident may join PPERRIA. Membership is also open to one representative from each non-profit organization, business or government entity, or property owner within the geographic boundaries of the Prospect Park East River Road (PPERR) Neighborhood of Minneapolis (east of the Mississippi River, bounded by the river on the south, the rail yards to the north, SE Oak Street on the west to the SE Emerald Ave St. Paul city limits on the east).

Contributions: Membership is free, but annual donations pay PPERRIA operational costs. Please contribute according to your means and according to the value that PPERRIA provides to the neighborhood. Typically 80% of the donations are between $35 and $50 per household. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. A single donation applies to the memberships of all eligible persons living at the same street address.

Duration: New memberships become effective with the first PPERRIA meeting following the submission of the completed application. A membership submitted with this form is effective through the next annual meeting (4th Monday in April).
