NRP Current Status Report

We are in the last stage of NRP Phase 1. Joyce Barta of PPERRIA has assembled a Phase 1 Plan Review (sometimes referred to as a Phase 1 Report) which was considered by the May PPERRIA meeting for approval to send along to the neighborhood.

There will be a neighborhood meeting in July, 2004 to vote the report up or down. Anyone wanting to submit a "minority report" may do so provided it is signed by one or more residents of the neighborhood. It will be appended to the entire report for consideration at the neighborhood meeting but it must be submitted to Joyce Barta by July 2nd via the PPERRIA mailbox at Pratt Community Center, 66 SE Malcolm Ave.

NRP Phase 2 can only begin after we approve the Phase 1 Plan Review and send it to the Minneapolis NRP.
