Neighborhood Areas of Prospect Park East River Road

Although our neighborhood is often called "Prospect Park" by other Minneapolitans who make a general reference, the PPERR Neighborhood is more commonly known by its residents as eight component "areas": 4th Street, Bridal Veil Falls, Glendale, Motley, River Road, Stadium Village, South of Franklin, and Tower Hill.

Neighborhoods which border our neighborhood are: Como Neighborhood, Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood, Seward Neighborhood, Merriam Park neighborhood (District 13) in St. Paul, South St. Anthony neighborhood (District 12) in St. Paul
