Public housing has no better showcase in the United States than the 58-year-old Glendale area with 184 units of townhouses. Named after the first names of the two Minneapolis aldermen, Glen Wallace and Dale Stanchfield in 1952, Glendale has been a success for low-cost housing in our neighborhood for many reasons.
